Incident Log

This page is the public record for SEV-1 and SEV-2 incidents. It exists so operators can review what happened, when it was first reported, what changed, and which follow-up actions remain open.

Current log

No public SEV-1 or SEV-2 incident reports have been published yet. When one is posted, this page will carry the timestamp, affected surfaces, summary, impact window, and links to any post-mortem follow-up.

Publication policy

• SEV-1 incidents receive a public status update within 15 minutes.
• SEV-1 and SEV-2 post-mortems are published within seven days.
• Action items remain visible until the owner marks them closed.
